Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Supervise and monitor overall catering operations for station
- Decide and find a solution in the event of problems with regards to catering operations/discrepancies
- Investigate any mishandling or ramp discrepancies and forward the findings to all party concerns
- Monitor and ensure on the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling catering
- Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance and ensure follow KPI
- Makes recommendation to improve service levels
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the aviation industry especially at catering area
- Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services
- Background in airline operations
- Relevant certifications in ground operations
