Job Description

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Education

- Good Command of English and high level of competence

- Minimum 03 Years in airline Load Control Operations

- Minimum 02 Years in Senior Staff or Supervisor Level

- Strong background in Aviation Load Control Handling and Load Planning

- Able to work in shift and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

- Supervision and decision as Centralized Load Control Planning to Ground handling Agent in case discrepancy of loading information and relevant supporting document

- Ensuring accurate load planning in the aircraft according to segregation mentioned in the IATA DGR.

- Evaluate the ground handling agreements and service level agreements with external providers for aircraft loading.

- Source, evaluate and report the comment the ground handlers at new stations Load Control Supervisor.

- Monitor and decision on daily load control planning at station performance and service quality.

- Ensure safety in Load Control Planning and loading operations with corrective action plans for any lapses.

- Facilitate regulatory audits at hub and line stations.

- Ensure accurate and timely load control planning report verification.

- Perform other duties assigned by Load Control Supervisor or Ramp Service Manager.

- Report to Load Control Supervisor
